Frank Borgese with Lori Haller, mother of Eric Haller received the “Excellence in Education” award from the Orange County Dept. of Education in So. Ca. Frank Borgese, a teacher with the Placentia Yorba Linda Unified School District was honored for his voluntary assistance to educators throughout the country regarding high school students who have Kleine-Levin Syndrome.
